* Trainees, Endoscopy Assistants and Students registering at the corresponding categories must upload a certificate of their professional status during the registration process. If no certificate is uploaded, the regular registration fee will be charged.
Registration according to the above fees includes:
Group Registrations must be set-up by duly completing the 5th AISDD 2020 Group Registration Form. You will be asked to complete the contact details of the group contact person, the correct invoice details, as well as the details of each delegate, within the online registration process.
This option is no longer available after the Early Registration deadline (May 25, 2020).
The full names, details, and individual delegate e-mail addresses must be entered by May 25, 2020. Any incomplete registrations after this date will be cancelled with no refunds. Agency/Sponsor contact details and email addresses as registration data for delegates cannot be accepted.
Participants who would like to register onsite are advised to arrive early at the Registration Desk of the Symposium, located at the Venue. Onsite registration cash payments will only be accepted in Euros.
All cancellations and/or amendments have to be made in writing to Conferre SA (email@example.com). No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.

The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registrations or for visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
Name change: Each name change will be charged 50,00 Euros – On site name changes will not be possible.
